Subscriber hereby authorizes the Service to charge Subscriber's credit card or other acknowledged method) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership and certifies that Subscriber is the legal holder of the credit card, debit card, bank card, or any other financial device used to establish this membership. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Until JVids is notified, by electronic or conventional mail, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

By the payment of the subscription fee for the Providers service (the "Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the provision of the service. This agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each subscriber. The material on the Service is for the private entertainment of subscribers only.

JVids reserves the right to terminate the provision of its Service to the subscriber at any time without cause.

The subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the subscriber and the subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the subscribers access to the service.

JVids is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons use of the subscribers credit card facility.

Subscriber indemnifies JVids against any and all claims, and will not hold JVids responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry or the use of this service and material contained herein.

JVids is not and will not be responsible for compatability of online content with the Subscriber particular computer or entertainment system; interruptions or discontinuances of services; causes intentionally by JVids, including periodical system hardware and software upgrades, system reconfiguration, or by factors beyond its control; including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, system administration conflicts, negligence, strikes, or acts of nature or god. Please be aware that the "Internet" or any wide-area communications network may become inoperable from time to time due to unforeseeable factors that are beyond the control of JVids.

Images herein may have been obtained from sources that did not bear any rights to them. As a result, any copyrights that may exist on the respective images are unknown. JVids uses these images with no intent to infringe upon any copyrights that may exist. At the creators option, JVids will state the copyrights and/or credits of any of these respective images, or refrain from the use of these images. Despite best efforts, unintentional mistakes may be made, so if you notice anything in JVids that does not comply with copyright or other restrictions, please contact us and the situation will be quickly rectified.

Subscriber certifies to be neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or postal agency or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level, seeking to entrap JVids, its affiliates, or principals thereof. Moreover, Subscriber warrants that, if meeting the preceding criteria, Subscriber is not protected by prosecutorial immunity or any other legal arrangements permitting him to misrepresent the implied or express intentions of his membership.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and JVids regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice given by JVids to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination

18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations. In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. The owners and operators of this Website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC section 2257) of any of the visual content contained in the Website.
